Main goals:

  • Studying intermediary-user/final customer expectations, the competition, the policy and regulatory framework and the potential market;
  • Define a strategic positioning for the PIDaaS platform by identifying potential barriers and threats;
  • Design use case scenarios

In more detail, 2 main tasks are identified:

  • Market review

This task will comprise the following aspects:

  • Intermediary-user/final customer analysis
  • Competition analysis
  • Policy and regulatory issues
  • Market potential

 

  • Strategic positioning

Following the initial market review, the next step is to position strategically the PIDaaS platform offering in the market. In order to fulfil this task the following activities will be carried out:

  • Analysis of possible strategic directions
  • Analysis of strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats (SWOT Analysis)
  • Use-case scenarios design

 

Results

  • Full PIDaaS Market analysis and study (Customer/ Competition/ Strategic positioning),
  • User-centric analysis (targetable market, needs, environment), proper strategic actions for dissemination and business planning;
  • Use-case Scenarios
